I'm going to be injecting into my delts for the first time next cycle. Is 23g x 1" an appropriate size pin to use? (btw-I'm pretty lean) GQ IP: Logged |

it is fine. I use that in my quads. You can probably get away with 25g if you can find them... IP: Logged |

they'll work fine, but if you can find some 25 gauge 1" you'll like them a lot better. and go in slow, last year i hit a nerve in my left delt and my arm started flopping around like a fish out of water, it stopped as soon as i pulled it out but it scared the shit out of me. good luck ------------------ IP: Logged |

best way to know exactly where to do a delt injection is to pay attention to where your doctor gives u the shot. When I got my flu shot I payed attention to where she stuck the pin in my delt. Usually about right in the middle of the lateral head of the delt. LP ------------------ IP: Logged |

You could drink the winny but if you are in to pins do your quads or glutes. Delts will work but I think I would go with 25g 1" pin for delts. ghans IP: Logged |

I'm going to shoot in the delts because my glutes are being reserved for the Deca/Sus component of the cycle. As for drinking the winny, I've thought about that and have decided to rotate between injecting and drinking it. I don't want to drink all of the winny because some people I've spoken to claim it's not as potent when you drink it because some of the gear is lost in the digestive process...blah...blah.
