Meal 1 shake with peanut butter meal 2 6 whole eggs and 3 tlbs mayo meal 3 2 cans tuna and 3 tlbs mayo meal 4 6 whole eggs and 3 tbls mayo meal 5 6 whole eggs 3 tlbs mayo meal 6 shake with peanut butter meal 7 8 oz chicken and 6 oz beef meal 8 6 whole eggs 3 tlbs mayo meal 9 shake with peanut butter High fat diet for me carb up on the weekends Good luck bro ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Nero...yes bulking diet. I'm at 235lbs right now and on a cycle, so will probably cut protein intake to 1-1.5g per lb of lean body weight when this cycle is over. I'd say right now I'm eating 1.5-2g per lb consistently every day. IP: Logged |
