i always hear you guys say that some steroids decrease bodyfat, since your bf% drops, wouldnt it be logical to assume that if the amount of bodyfat remains the same when you gain 20 pounds of muscle or so, that your bf% will drop simply because of your fat/muscle ratio, not because you have lost actual bodyfat? see, i weigh 200 at about 7.5%, so if i gained 20 pounds of solid muscle and kept the same amount of badyfat, my bodyfat percentage would decrease, right?

If you increase weight and the amount of fat on your body remains the same, yes BF% goes down. However, some of these guys do not speak about BF%, just amount of BF. Some gear is used for cutting, i.e., little or no water gain and a decrease in BF. Hope that helps

That's why tests that do not take weight into account SUCK. USE THE SIRI FORMULA. If you want the formula, I can send you an app or an excel spreadsheet that uses that formula.
