Hi Everyone,I have been refered to this message board by a friend. I've had a good read of all the posts, and all you guy's seem real helpful. Here's some history of myself: I'm 19 and have been training seiriosly for about 14 months I started out early last year at 56kg (126ibs, i was extreemly thin!) at 5'10'' I am now 76kg (170ibs) natural (so far....!)but my gains have slowed latley. I'm thinking of starting my first cycle soon, but that will be a later post. IP: Logged |

Welcome aboard Bro. That's an awesome jump in weight for a year. At 14 months of training, you should probably wait a little longer before hitting any gear. Whatever you decide to do, good luck and make sure to use this board wisely. IP: Logged |

Welcome bro! My opinion is that you are still a little too young to start AS. Wait a little while longer, you will be glad you did. Good luck with whatever you decide. Pitbull IP: Logged |

Hey youngdeltman, welcome to the best board on the Internet. Please read the Newbie Post if you haven't already done so. Very impressive gain in mass, considering you haven't done your first cycle. What did you change in your diet or exercise schedule? Dexter ------------------ IP: Logged |

Are you sayin that you gained 40 lbs. in one year!!!! Seriously are you exagerating... assuming it's lean tissue and it was done sans gear that seems almost impossible to me. Don't B.S. us cause we are all interested in learning no matter how big or small we are. 40lbs. in a year? -tackler IP: Logged |

WELCOME....those are tremendous (almost unbelievable) natural gains for 14 months. Keep working hard for a few years more before you seriously consider AS. IP: Logged |

Welcome - Assuming those gains are true, you are one fortunate individual. Later, IP: Logged |

No bullshit fellas. But it wasn't in a year, but closer to 18 months (I said i was 56kg's EARLY last year). I will admit a little would have been gained anyway due to just natural maturing. I mainly just changed eating, I have an awsome metabolism and used to eat 3 big meals a day, but I've changed that to more frequent smaller meals, and good 'ol protine powder. And stopped playing Basketball to start to devote more time to weight training. IP: Logged |

Wait until you can no longer make gains naturally before you get on the gear. and i mean everything you can naturally meaning eating like hell, training heavy and intense, being consistent and changing workout routines every couple of months. then when you reach that plateau..... load up the darts!
