Since this January, I have gone from 275lbs at 18% bf to 232lbs at 10-11% bf. (I am 6'2.) But my goal is to get down to about 8%. I am just finishing up a cycle of Ref-B and Primobolan. I have never used anything but these two steroids, so I am a test. newbie.

I know a lot of you guys believe in using test. in EVERY cycle. So, a question for those guys: What is a good cycle containing test. that is geared toward reducing bodyfat. I would really like to include test (probably Sust.) in my third (but first REAL) cycle.

Anyone have any cycle ideas of this sort?

I am not a new user but I normally try to keep my doses low so you can take this for what it's worth. I am doing 400mg of t200 a week and am getting good results with it in conjunction with a low carb diet. I train 6 days a week and do 30-45 minutes of cardio after my workout. I might add in some t3 or winny later since I am anxious to drop below 10% bodyfat. Test is great to keep your metabolism up and maintain LBM while dieting.
The main thing to focus on is your diet and workout plan. They will make the biggest difference.

Thanks, Giant...

I agree about using test for preserving lean body mass. Most people say that because test is so great at adding muscle, the way to go is to eat everything in sight and add as much muscle (and some bodyfat) as possible. But why not use the test in conjunction with a reduced-calorie, low-carb diet like you are saying? With lots of cardio, those factors together should equate to significant fat loss with small to moderate muscle gains.

I would say test at low dosage, under 500 mg a week...although I have never tried it, I hear nothing beat winny for cutting....I leaned up a lot using prop/fina....

Test for cutting. Defininitely go with Propianate, 100mg EOD

I believe that you can "cut" with any steroid. It's all in the diet. Some years ago I went with a supposed mass cycle of a gram test per week, 2 anadrol ED, and 35 mg.d-bol ED. My weight stayed close to the same, within 10 pounds, but tremendous changes in my body composition occurred because of the diet employed (similar to the warrior diet)

I did a cutting cycle with 500mgs of sust and 50mg/eod of winny and 300mgs deca and really hardened up nicely.
