I am 5'6" currently 225 lbs peak off season weight was 232 last show, weighed in at 189(lightheavyweight) 1st competition: 1993 Tampa Classic (level2) 10 total shows including 1998 Jr USA. I got crushed there(9th place lightheavyweight)trying the ketogenic diet. I know it is popular at Elite Fitness but it is definitely not for all competitors! IP: Logged

I am currently training a female named Linda Deere. She turns 50 next tuesday. She qualified for the masters nationals last year, but the show was days before her 50th birthday. Instead, she will be doing the Masters Florida in September and then off to the Southeastern USA in Orlando the following week. This woman is sure to get some publicity in the mags by next year when she does the over 50 at the masters nationals. She is also a beautiful babe and the judges always scrutinize over her drivers license, it is friggen awesome. IP: Logged
