I am having problems with self injecting ,especially the left cheek(I'm a righty)my left hand starts shaking after the needle is in and I have a hard time pushing without "stirring the soup".I don't have anyone in on this with me to inject for me.I get through it in the end but do any bros have any suggestions. This is my first cycle and I use 23g 1 1/2 ".Does it get easier with experiance?I've done 10 self injects so far. Thanks.....Chino

the opposite side is a bit tricky but will get easier. I find if i grab some skin and put the needle into the skin first than push down its not as awkward on the left side though it takes longer to injectt he oil using my right hand as i sometimes get cramps when i inject on the left. depending on what you use also looka t quads and shoulders move the needle around and use a smaller gauge. just make sure you research where nervers are before injecting quads and shoulders.

Try sitting in a Kitchen chair with arms. Put the syringe through the opening and keep your arm against the armrest. It steadies your hand.

When I have to inject myself I usually lay down on my stomach on my bed and turn to the side that I'm injecting in. It's a little more stable and comfortable.

I lay on my side and rest my left arm against my body. I insert using only wrist action. My arm never usually leaves my body. It is pretty stable this way. Shoot you quads!! Unless your using sust. Or your shoulders. I use a 22 1.5 in my ass and 23 1.0 in my shoulders and my quads.

is this good advise..... found it searching for injecting tech.

The first, and my personal preference, is the quadriceps. I suggest all beginners start with quads due to the fact that you can see what you're doing and its relative ease. For quad shots, I suggest using a 23-gauge needle that is 1" long. If you have muscular quads, I you can use a 1.5" needle, but 1" should be fine unless you have ungodly amounts of fat on your leg. To find the proper area to inject in, divide the space between your hip joint and your knee into three equal sections. You'll want to inject into the outer upper most section. The needle should not be going into the leg straight from the side, but instead on a 45-65 degree angle. When doing a quad shot, I suggest that you sit on the ground with your leg relaxed straight ahead of you. Until you gain a lot (and I mean A LOT) of muscle in your quads, I suggest that you limit injections to no more that 2 cc's at a time. Due to the quad's size and the limiting of injections to 2cc's, you can inject each quad up to 2 times a week. Just make sure to spread the injection around so you're not hitting the exact same spot.

You are thinking about it too much. Just reach back and bang it in. Calm down and take a deep breath, sounds like you are nervous.
Maybe try quad injections.

when I was a rookie I used to have the same problem. Trying laying down on your side.

I remember that injection chart. I think either Biz or the Cuban posted that a while back. The green spot for the glutes are to high.

laying down is definitely the easiest. Way more control and you're less likely to poke a tensed muscle. I did that once,....standing up! I'll never do that again. Hurt for more than a week.

Beatle...It may be because I'm getting bigger but....How in gods name do you use your right hand to inject your left glute...It seems almost impossible. Not tring to bust your balls.
