hey guys whats up i am trying to put together my first cycle. this is what i might do . russian clens,d-bol,and primo. what do u think and what do u think i should be paying for this cycle and also how should i do it week by week... thanks for the help IP: Logged |

weird first cycle. russian clen (clenbetuerol?) d bol, and primo. Well for starters if this was my first cycle i would take either sus 250 ot test with the d bol and keep everything out except clomid last 3 weeks of cycle and 2 weeks after. primo and clen are for cutting d bol retains water and makes you big so whats your goal? no flame but do some more research to determine what you want to accomplish. go back and research other posts and i think you'll have a better grasp. first cycle is almost always the best but most people give it the least amount of thought. hey bro , i don't know why i said d-bol , the third gear i was gonna use was winny with the russian clems and the primo. i am 6'3 about 280 looking to loose weight . i have researched alot about DNP was gonna try it but cann't find it so i am gonna try another approach . thanks for the advise and anymore from u or anyone else is very appreciated thanks IP: Logged |

would first off hit cardio very hard. if possible before first meal 30-35 minutes. if your bodyfat is above 15% i would not go on gear until it was below. as far as dose primo i would keep at 400 ml a week and winny 50 ml every other day. would hit a 8-12 week cycle. as far as clen some say two on two off others everyday i can't take it and i swear bt muscle tech hyroxycut. if you could throw in some equipose thta would be good at 400 ml a week. now 6 meals a day. 2 grams protein per pound bodyweight, cardio 5 days a week, no carbs after 6pm except starchy carbs and 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. follow this program and you'll get where you want to go. still lift heavy as spossible 1 bodypart per day. keep calories at ten per pound of bodyweight your case 2,800 calories a day and you'll see quick results. winny is not very effective at high bodyfat so i would go eq, primo, and clen than kick in winny at below 9% bodyfat IP: Logged |
