I have competed the first time in may and plan to do so again only in 2 years. In the meantime I plan to get as big as possible and stay between 8-10%... IP: Logged |

Did 2 shows this year and made it to the National in Nov. But I'm going to go to Las Vegas the 2nd week of Sept. the ell with watching my diet. I think it's time to grow want to get to 280lbs then ill do the spring shows if I won before I'll win again and do the nationals next year. I'm 230lbs now at 6ft 9% ------------------ IP: Logged |
