Hey fellas Im on my 5th Day at 400mg a day (200lb) of DNP This morning I noticed these red spots everywhere on my hands.then it spread to my wrists.whats the deal with this? Shall I stop cuz I think its spreading? IP: Logged |

just take some benadryl or other antialergic medication and will diseapear I had few times all my skin red but with antilargic pills disapearead You should read Animal documentation there is treatamnet and explanation for alergy and other thinks you should know about DNP IP: Logged |

you can get benadryl from any local department store. Very commmon over the counter allergy medication.

yep that should do the trick but it really adds to the sleepy feelings. Alot of people on the board have been reporting allergic responses to dnp lately. Wonder whats up with that? IP: Logged |
