![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What is your workout routine while you are on/off the gear? And do you work each body part once or twice a week? [This message has been edited by media (edited July 20, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mon: off Tues: abs, calves, cardio Wed: shoulders/tris Thurs: back/bis Fri: off Sat: legs Sun: chest/tris I try to hit tris and calves twice a week, 8 sets total per day. Every few weeks I switch to working bis twice a week and tris once. I take Mon off and have a light day on Tues since these are the 2 days when the gym is packed, and I prefer to do my heavy workouts on the weekend when the crowd is lighter. I also take a 40min walk first thing in the morning on empty stomach 4 times a week for light cardio, and my dog loves it too :-) [This message has been edited by somec- (edited July 20, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Media: I'm "natural," just weights, no gear. I'm also a lot older than most of the bros (pushing 50), and still want to gain LBM without gear to this point, so maybe I push myself harder than most. I train six days per week, for an hour and a half to two hours per day, somewhere between 35 and 40 work sets. And, yes, I keep the intensity up and, yes, I make consistent gains, no overtraining (I get ragged a lot for training so much). I've gained close to 50 pounds LBM in 40 months (I was lifting, but cutting, before that), so, it works for me. Sunday: Bi's, tri's Hope this helps. Bjaarki ------------------ BECOME SOMEONE'S HERO!
