I am getting rid of the last layer of fat here before I bulk heavily this fall. How low is it safe to drop my calories below maintnace without jepordizing anything. FYI, I am 6'2 188 10% bf. My maintnace is araound 3200 cals. Right now I am eating 3000 a day combined with intense cardio four days a week. How low should I venture to go. Currently I loose around 2 lbs a week. Is it safe to loose any more?

I would never lower more than 1000cals below maintenance.

If not necessary don't drop them more than you have to.

Remember cardio counts as a drop in calories (sort of). So say an hour of stepper that is about 600cals burnt so figure this number within the 1000cals max in a day...
