Hey bro I discovered the weight room in my teens. I discovered gear about a month ago at age 42 and I am soooooo glad I did. I probably wasn't ready for it in my 20's but there is no way I'm giving up all this hard earned muscle just because of age, without one hell of a fight! IP: Logged |
