im have trouble with pulling muscles in my shoulders while lifting would the juice help eliminate that

stone whats up bro....you should always do a sufficiant warm-up before you lift and always stretch out ..this will help you from straining or pulling your muscles also maybe you are going a little bit to heavy you might want to lighten up the weight

Look at your protein intake and training techniques and concentrate on form. Juice should be used as a last when your natural muscle growth has ceased and your body is fully grown, usually in the mid 20's.

Which muscles are you having trouble with?
You may need to have some manual therapy done by a massage therapist to break up any adhesions from previous strains. Romeo is correct, you may need a more extensive warm-up.

ive been lifting off and on for several years. im 30 years old and just started having trouble with pulling my caps during bench press but i am also bench pressing 60 pounds over my body weight on max out day (once a week) would appreciate any help

What do you mean pulling your caps? What muscle is that? If they are part of your shoulder girdle then you need to work on your rotator cuff muscles(supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, teres minor)because they may be too weak.
