OK Ok I over did it with the squats. My legs hurt (which is normal). However I also went too deep with too much weight and "felt" my back get hurt. It is in the lower right quadrant and only hurts when I walk or extend my right leg. Do you guys think this is a muscle pull or something else? It has been 2 days and it hasn't gotten any better.I know someone (animalB?) said they were a chiropractor, would my Dr. be able to fix me with an adjustment do you think??

I had the same sort of thing happen to me a couple of years ago, except I was smart and went to the doc's right away. I had a cat scan done and they found out that I had a herniated disk in my back. It hurts whenever I jog or sleep in the wrong position.
