i was told that if you just squirt it in your mouth you lose some in your throat. in the gels caps it goes straight to your stomach. hope this helps. good luck bro IP: Logged |

I dont think there is any advantage. even in your throat its going to either get washed down or be absorbed into the membrain. just put mine in a cup and dilute it with water. IP: Logged |

There is a good question hidden in here. Is reforvit better absorbed through the membrane of the mouth (either under the tongue, or between the cheek and gum), or is it best absorbed in the stomach/intestines?
