I know that this isn't the place for this topic, but it won't get answered anywhere else. BTW my cycle is 500mg omna, 200mg deca both every five days. 50 mg day of d-bol. This thursday the 19th is my fifth week. Later https://www.elitefitness.com/ubb/Forum8/HTML/000542.html

Yeah, you may want to take a rest day in there. I train 5 days per week and have 2 rest days. Remember, you still overtrain even on juice. It can give you a false sense of security and leave you very injury prone.

DrCandyMan, that's almost identical to my routine...

Mon- Chest, tris
Tues- Back, bis
Wednesday- Legs
Thurs- Shoulders
Fri- Light arms, supersetting bis, tris

I alternate calves and abs workouts throught the week.
Weekends off, nothing but eating, sleeping, fucking, drinking, and watching football.

If you are 5'-11" and 205 are you lean or holding fat. I would say if what you are doing isn't working change it. Try working one muscle group a day and keeping your workouts under 45 mins. I have a very fast metabolism and all my life have been around 135 lbs. at 5'-8" I'm now 205 lbs. at 7-8% and I've been as heavy as 225. The trick for me was to try to get a good workout in a short amount of time so I wasn't constantly burning calories Here's mine:

Mon: Legs
4 sets squats
4 sets leg press
2-3 sets hamstring curls (burnout)
seated calves
standing calves

Tues: chest
4 sets flat bench
3 sets incline
3 sets flies

Wed: back
4 sets lat pull down
3 sets cable rows
3 sets pullovers
Maybe a set of pull ups to finish

Thurs: triceps

Fri: Biceps

Sat - Sun rest

Sometimes I'll go in on Sat and shoulders and trap but usually I don't have to pay much attention to them they grow without any aid at all just from others exercises. The juice you have sounds good and the dosage are about avg or little below depending on your experience level. But just remember to pay attention to your body if it isn't working change it
