im in the middle of my third week, heres what my cycle looks like:

my bf is at 11% down from 12% and my weight is up to 190 from 178. my bench is up to 250 from 235. i think the sust is just starting to kick in because i noticed my recovery time is alot faster this last week. havent noticed any any extra aggression outside of the gym or any more anger than usual. my mood has actually picked up considerably. cant wait till week 4 i heard thats when sust is in full effect. by the way im eating about 3500 cals a day with about 250g of protein. couldnt be more pleased with the results so far. thanks for all your advice.
