Posted a message last week about how customs detained my unapproved drugs. I wrote them an e-mail explaining that it was not a controlled substance and that my doctor was well aware of what I do. I further stated that the only reason I purchase overseas is because there is no FDA here and because of that I go where there is some type of regulation. Told him I was using it for cosmetic purposes and that was that. HE RELEASED IT TO ME!! ALL 300 tabs, so if anyone gets anything seized that is non-controlled, don't be afraid to call them and argue for its release. I had no problem!! Just recieved confirmation receipt that they released my goods today!! Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy!!

It was yohimbine hcl`20mg. This dosage is apparently only available with a prescription according to the Compliance Officer. Anyway, they had stated that I had not been accused of any crime....It is supposedly going to be mailed and they sent me the release today signed! All I know is that I have not broken any laws, and my doc will back me up that he keeps an eye on me....This is the first time I have ever had to deal with them over an order though. I'll let you bros know if anything funny happens....this pharmacy was recently put on the "ALERT" list....so I think that is the only reason it got detained. I'll let you know.

i got a seizure letter in my PO from customs...

i ordered from our friends in greece.. i ordered clomid and liquid clen, are those controlled substances?

well you know how cyber sends their orders.. in a few different packages, so i'm still waiting for the rest.. hopefully they wont catch all of them!!

As far as customs and the DEA are concerned clenbuterol is no different than Anadrol 50. Hard to believe huh? I know someone who was busted in TJ bringing it back and got find the usual $500 for personal usage. Dan Duchaine also spent some time in prison with clen possession being the supposed reason for the search warrant served at his home.

I was told that when a shipment comes to Canada the chance of seizure is almost 0%. Is this true?
I might order from overseas from a well known source. He said there is no problem with importing to Canada.

Yeah, I bet a lot of you bros thought I was talking about something controlled....I just thought it was funny they were jumping down my throat over Yohimbine.....and they did call it an unapproved drug? I really was'nt sure if I was going to get it. Too scared to order the sauce over the net. Been tempted many times, and pretty confident I could. Just can't afford to get caught and that 1% chance freaks me bro! I'm still hoping someone finds something out about the Trenbolone I posted about.
-As far as you Canadians go, I'm not sure what the laws are there, but if they seized something non-controlled here in the US, you can argue for it's release. I simply called the number they provided and gave them the entry number of my shit. I am very curious to see what would happen if I ordered some test and growth...........I'm going to have to do some hard research on that before I do it.

Clen is NOT IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS ANADROL 50. Jesus christ! Clen is an UNAPPROVED drug and is on the IMPORT ALERT LIST of US CUSTOMS.
Clenbuterol is not a controlled substance.
The reason the guy mentioned here is that he was SMUGGLING-plain and simple. If I had smuggled Accutane and birth control pills I could face the same fine. The catch is that the agent probably would try and scare you, but the guy with the clen would get fined because its not an approved drug and its associated with bodybuilding and its drug use/abuse
