Hi guys,

I'm taking 30mg of Bionabol daily. I've been taking 2 pills every 4 hours (8am, noon, 4pm).

I read that a lot of other people on here take one pill every 4 hours. Is one way better than the other? It seems like "6 of one, half of dozen of the other" to me. Either have 10mg in your bloodstream constantly for 12 hours, or 5mg constantly for 24.

Plus, I don't have to set my alarm to wake me up in the middle of the night to take a dose.

Thoughts?

Usually people like to spread out 5 mgs to keep your body from undergoing too much stress. 5 mg every few hours will keep it level and allow the liver to take care of smaller quantities at a time. WHereas if you take 2 at a time every 5 or 6 hours, youll start at 10mg the first hour, it will quickly drop the next few and by the 4th or 5th hour the dianabols effect won't be as strong. Then suddenly, bam... it goes up high again. I think its just more stable to give your body a smaller dosage at shorter intervals. Besides, sleep is the time you do nearly ALL of your growth. Taking dbol in the middle of the night is like saying... hey bod, its grow time.
