![]() ![]() ![]() uh, you wont "blow up" doing alot of cardio, but you can add good lean tissue and maybe on your frame it will look "blown up". mass=fat and muscle....... blowing up = adding alot of mass.... so i would say blow up first then get lean, or get lean during summer, then blow up in winter (my favorit). i mean, who sees you with your shirt off in winter anyway? throw on the sweats and get huge in the cold months, then tone up again in the spring.
