It's practically impossible to do, and it shouldn't be attempted because you will not be utilizing your gear to its full potential.

It is a mass cycle, so concentrate on that.

What I do is diet before the cycle get down to 8% and then during the cycle it is mass time and no cardio and tons of food so I usually finish at 10-12%.

You don't. You worry about getting it down after the cycle.

Chances are that it won't happen, but drink plenty of water(actually tons) to minimize water retention.

Dont chase conflicting goals man...

You either eat and train for mass or you dont.

Another technique which I have tried is
to manipulate your caloric intake i.e
4 days of "overeating" followed by 2 days of
moderate food consumption (keep the protein
levels high and consume smaller complex
carb portions). I have yet to get sold
by the Anabolic Diet, or Bodyopus, so this
is simply a less extreme version of periodization - oh yeah, and it was proposed by Dr. Fred Hatfield. But honestly, I agree with most of the bros - you have to eat big to get big..also consume an adequate amount of unsaturated fats like flax seed oil if your looking for clean fat calories

To minimize fat gain what I do is eat more about 500cals more on the days I train.

Right now that is about 3500cals on off days and 4000cals on training days.

The extra 500cals go around the training..250cals before and 250after...

My bodyfat never rises of 12% even through a bulking phase. One of bodybuildings biggest myths is that you have to become a pig to put on muscle.

Don't think it's really possible, you cannot aford to eat too little and piss away youtr money on gear. Just eat clean carbs protein, healhty fats...like drexx said diet down first and then start...don't be in a rush, too many people rush into their cycle full of ambition, think it out, develope a plan of attack from pre-cycle to post-cycle...this will work best...you don't go on a road trip without knowing where you are going, right...
Good Luck...
