I figured I would see what some of you find makes things a little easier. i.e. Kool-Aid made with artificial sweetener when on a diet. IP: Logged |

I make most of my meals a week ahead of time. I eat mostly chicken so I just buy a big bag of boneless skinless chicken and cook it all at once on the grill. IP: Logged |

right on, bulk cooking is key. When bulking take a sunday, and grill hamburgers, steaks, and chicken all day long, have some buddies over and watch a ballgame or whatever. Then your set for the week. I love this, it's the only thing that finally got me up in the 500g or protein range you've gotta be in. ------------------ IP: Logged |

George formans grill saves me an enormous amount of time...cook a chicken breast in five minutes, just enough time for instant rice/potatoes-lol Unity66 IP: Logged |

See - That's what I mean. My diet's pretty straight, but it could always be better. Here's another one I like. Me and my room mate make up a big pot of pasta and mix in a fat free butter spray and Garlic&Herb flavor Mrs. Dash and keep it in the refridgerator to go with chicken, steak, etc. when we're in a hurry. It's real low in sodium, no fat and tastes pretty good. IP: Logged |

Now that you mention instant rice, I mix the same stuff with instant rice, too. IP: Logged |

I did the real easy thing for my competition prep this year. I flirted with the owner of this all you can eat buffet/health food restaurant till she gave me the employee discount to eat there. Now I eat all the salad, sweet potatoes and grilled chicken I want for $3.43! I eat there at least twice a day and am loving it! IP: Logged |

I love pasta, I'm a sucker for it, but it'll make you fat man, stick with potatoes and yams for carbs, and oatmeal. who am i kidding, when my mom makes spaghetti i eat it all ------------------ IP: Logged |

Pasta is pretty processed. I'm having it like every other day right now while bulking and its this whole wheat spaggetti to. Taste fine. Cooking ahead is probally the best thing to do as mentioned above, but i too have the Gearoge F grill its kick ass, just that i should cook the Brown rice early in the morn so post work out i don't gota wait so long. Also anyone try cold oatmeal with or with out protein in it my trainer says its awsome and like dessert...truth to this? My advise for guys on builking just stick to the pure stuff, brown is better than white, brown rice over white, whole wheat over ...well white or whatever, yams over white potatoes, gezz nutrition biggest thing in bodybuilding, later. Yeah OK I'll admit it - I bought the Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine myself. That's how steak and chicken are done at my place. IP: Logged |

I walk into costco and buy the rotisserie chicken. Then I walk out of there full. Try eating one rotisserie(w/o skin) per meal. IP: Logged |

I use the Foreman Grill all the time for chicken and steak. Studies how it doesn't reduce fat but it sure cooks fast and tastes better than the stove. ----------------- Bossman IP: Logged |
