Hi guys... Well this is the state i am in now. I recently broke my left arm and havent trained propoerly for 6 months, and have lost 30lbs of muscle in the process. I am just about to start my first cycle of dbol and sus, and will post pics every 4 weeks to let you see the progress. Hopefully with muscle memory it should be quite noticable quickly. Please let me know what areas you think i should concentrate on. Thanks guys. IP: Logged |

first off - PROPS for posting your pic! secondly you seem to be in the same boat as me with your bodyfat being a little high. i personally would cut down some before you hit the bulking cycle. in addition i would never hit anabolics after being away from the gym for 6 months. i would hit it hard naturally for at least a few months with high cardio and cycles of clen/t3/eca/dnp/etc. thrown in there. just my 2 cents though. peace, msg IP: Logged |

How long have you been training since the injury? Most people would suggest more, but I think 2-3 months of training coming off an injury is long enough to start. I broke my arm awhile back and when I got back into training, I lifted using only dumbells to help my lagging arm. It felt really strange at first, kinda like one side is working really hard while the other is jus goin through the motions. Obviously, use the same weight for each arm, and never do more reps with your stronger arm. Good luck. IP: Logged |

Much respect for posting the pic, it takes some balls to do that. My opinion is do cutting cycle first do drop some body fat. Keep the reps high and get the ligaments and tendons going well and then hit a heavy bulk cycle. IP: Logged |

Try to cut the bodyfat a little. Instead of doing a mass cycle I would recommend a primo/winstrol cycle. I'm in the same boat. Good luck. IP: Logged |

My opinion... First off it takes balls to post a pic so congrats. I would train intense 2-3 months to get back some of the lost mass back and get your strenght up. Also while doing the 2-3 months of natural training try to get the bodyfat down. I suggest a keto diet it works wonders for loosing fat and not muscle. Then when your are ready to start the juice you can go on a bulk cycle. IP: Logged |

I'm with the others bro, train natural 2 or 3 months and do a lot of cardio and diet,if you make and bulk cicle now you are going to gain a lot of fat.So good luck and when you are ready let us known to help you with a cicle. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'm in agreement with the other bros on this. No need for AS yet, see what "muscle memory" brings back over the course of a few months. Lose a little more BF, get cut, then rip up later if you still need to. MM, props on posting the pick, BTW. Bjaarki ------------------ BECOME SOMEONE'S HERO! IP: Logged |

Good Luck mostmuscular! Keep us posted on your results. The reason I suggest getting lean before starting is... 1)no cardio necessary during cycle IP: Logged |
