Try using an effective fat burner to shed those extra little pounds, and dont do to many oblique exercises that will just make them bigger and stronger. IP: Logged |

Simon's right on this one. Don't develop your obliques, if you want a thin waist. ------------------ BECOME SOMEONE'S HERO! IP: Logged |

drugs isn't the only answer wish it was that easy... You have to diet and maybe cardio that part depends. I can get lean with no cardio but some have to lower calories so low that they are better off doing cardio... Try a Keto diet (no carb diet ala Body Opus). Lyle McDonald's book is very good The Ketogenic Diet (I believe). I bought it off of www.amazon.com IP: Logged |

Diet and cardio?? To lose fat?? NO SHIT!! Done that, thanks el cubano. I've got a bottle of the Cynomel 25's, but I was gonna wait and do it w/my deca winny cycle. I've been off almost two months and am 10lbs leaner than in the photos on my webpage. I may do the T-3 w/some clen. I'm talking the LAST 5lbs of fat here people. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Ectomorph: Don't get all bent out of shape about your love handles. There's probably NOTHING PERMANENT you can do about them, other than liposuction. I'm serious, bro! Just like women tend to store fat in their thighs and asses, men tend to store it around their middles. It's the last fat you'll lose when you go on some crazy cardio/diet tear, and the first fat you'll gain back when you start to slack off. Now, I guess you could torture yourself interminably in order to get that fat off and keep it off, but it'll be back like your long lost buddy the minute you turn your back on it. Shitty way to live, and one that will seriously compromise your efforts to gain mass, since you have to be a little overnourished to build serious muscle, and some of the nourishment is going to go straight (you guessed it!) to those little handles your girl loves so much! Either get used to it, or save up your pennies for the lipo man. BTW, Rick Silverman at UMass Amherst is a cosmetic surgeon and a competitive BB. Nice website, worth a visit. I whole heartily agree with Bjaarki! Lipo is your only true long term answer. p.s. I have seen your photo's and they aren't that bad IP: Logged |

Yohimbine + ECA on an empty stomach with a.m. fasting aerobics has worked for me. Prepare to not stop sweating for about 3hrs. after though. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I really don't know what you're complaining about, bro... you look quite lean to me. I've been fighting this problem for years. I used to be quite heavy over eight years ago and I have permanent stretch marks on my sides as a constant reminder. I don't know if those will ever tighten up. IP: Logged |

I used to have a really small waist but after a few years of really heavy deadlifting and heavy squats I have packed a few permanent inches on my waist. My obliques definitely grew quite a bit over the years. The flipside is my upper body is much bigger now so it offsets it but I have practically given up on my handles now. I'm not going to compete so I'm not that worried either. My days of the 32" waist are over. I was wondering if I had them lipo'ed if that would keep them down and if I would just store the fat in other areas. Thoughts? What might it cost? IP: Logged |

Amp: You're probably talking in the $5 to $7 grand range. Unfortunately, as we get older our skin loses its elasticity (something aggravated by nicotine, you dumbass smokers!) so you might end up needing abdominoplasty (the old "tummy tuck", too). My wife has promised me a complete overhaul, lipo and TT included, for my big 50, which is just a year away. Don't know that I'm so narcissistic that I'll take her up on it, though. Otherwise, as I say, grin and bear it. Losing BF will help, but it's not permanent, and the first BF you'll gain back will go straight to your pouch. Bjaarki ------------------ BECOME SOMEONE'S HERO!
