![]() ![]() ![]() I've decided that I'm just gonna go with the Primo for 12 weeks at 200/week. I know that this cycle will only have limited gains in the ballpark of 15lbs of muscle mass and some okay strength gains. What I need to know is what sups should I be using to get the most out of my cycle and also to safegaurd my gains after my cycle. I know Creatine, Glutamine, multivitamin, and Vitamin C are givens, but what else should I use and when should I use it? Is Celltech a good creatine to buy? Should I load up on a couple bottles of that after my cycle? Is ZMA worth taking? Would pumping in some extra pro hormone sups such as Testatropinol give me anymore of an edge with my cycle? How heavy should I dose up on the Glutamine? During cycle and post cycle supplement dosages and supplement suggestions needed. Thanks. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey one would have to write a book to answer all of your questions. I will try to answer some of them. First, forget about the pro hormones you will waste your money. I always save the creatine for in between cycles to give me a little edge when not using gear. 15 pounds in 12 weeks with primo will be a challenge. The vitamins are good. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro if you get 15 pounds from that little bit of primo let me know. The only supplement you need is a good protein shake or Meal Replacment. I wouldn't count on gaining 15 pounds from that little bit of primo, just don't be expecting too much. IP: Logged |

I know my cycle choice is a relative weak one but I am taking it slow and easing my way into AS use. What I could use from you guys right now is a detailed analysis on supplements and dieting during and after the cycle. Thank you. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At 200mg/wk, 15 lbs of lean mass might be optimistic. Maybe 8-10lbs if you're lucky. My comment is based on personal experience. Let us know what actually happens though after the 12 weeks. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i don't think you will get 15 lbs with taht low of a dosage, and esp being 230 lbs....maybe 5 lbs....as far as supps, I take flax seed oil, glutamine and protein shakes/meal replacement while on...creatine added when off... big-guy IP: Logged |

I wasted tons of cash on crap. Once you loose your virginity, you will understand. Save your money and do a complete cycle. Blast your receptors!!! IP: Logged |
