![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Stay away from sugar and other simple carbs (sugar, processed grains like flour, pretzels, cereal). No sugar in coffee, tea, or cereal. Eat complex carbs, oatmeal is great (two bowls a day), brocoli and salads. 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Good amount of unsaturated fat (30-40 grams a day). Don't cut fat too low.
