I'M ON A CUTTING CYCLE RIGHT, PREPPING FOR A COMPETITION, I DO CARDIO EARLY MORNING ON A EMPTY STOMACH,HOW MUCH CARDIO IS ENOUGH, SO I WON'T LOSE ANY MUSCLE, MY WEIGHT IS 170 RIGHT NOW I'M ABOUT 5"7 WITH A GREAT BUILD AT ABOUT 9% BODY FAT THIS IS MY BREAKDOWN

TOTAL PROTEIN 283G
TOTAL CARBS-123G
TOTAL FAT-65.5G

5'7 at 170 and u're gettin ready for a contest? You're gonna end up so small u're gonna disappear, heheh just fuckin wit ya. I'd start with about 30 mins 3-4 times a week for the first couple of weeks and then step it up to 45 mins 5 days a week. If that isn't workin for you then by all means go for 60mins 7 days a week aslong as you're not chewing into too much muscle. I guess it all depends on what works for you and how your metabolism is. Some pro's do no cardio whatsoever and some do up to 3 hours everyday so like I said whatever works for you man, good luck and let us know how you do in your show.
