![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 5'7 at 170 and u're gettin ready for a contest? You're gonna end up so small u're gonna disappear, heheh just fuckin wit ya. I'd start with about 30 mins 3-4 times a week for the first couple of weeks and then step it up to 45 mins 5 days a week. If that isn't workin for you then by all means go for 60mins 7 days a week aslong as you're not chewing into too much muscle. I guess it all depends on what works for you and how your metabolism is. Some pro's do no cardio whatsoever and some do up to 3 hours everyday so like I said whatever works for you man, good luck and let us know how you do in your show. IP: Logged |
