If you use them consistantly over a long period of time it will allow you to maintain a slightly higher amount of lean body mass. It will not produce the same results as using regular steroids unless you covered most of your body with them. The patches are 5mg of test. Your body produces about 6-10mg of test a day. Most people inject at least 500mg of test a week when trying to gain mass. That is roughly 71.5mg of testosterone for each day not including the normal 6-10mg that will be suppressed over the duration of the cycle. You would have to use about 14 5mg test patches a day to mimic the effects of 500mg a week of testosterone injections. This is assuming that all 5mg of each patch will be absorbed and utilized by the body. The cost of patches is around $3-4USD per patch so you are looking at $42-56 per day as opposed to about $3.50 per day for the testosterone injections. So basically, unless you are ultra wealthy and stupified by your fear of needles, go for the testosterone injections. Plus the damn patches cause skin irritation. Later, IP: Logged |
