![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet looks solid, maybe add 40 more grams of protein somewhere, and you need more cardio as well, as you know the best time to do cardio is in the morning and right before you go to bed, so add some cardio at night time, dont give the excuse that you have to go back to the gym, just walk, jog, skip, prance whatever 15 minutes away from your residence and then 15 minutes back, that is 30 solid minutes of cardio. Also maybe take some recovery supplements like glutamine, HMB, ribose, ornithine/arginine. Hope this helps. Good Luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() from the standpoint of where you cut off carbs it looks good. going into a show and not knowing how far out you are i would not take in any protein drinks and never eat bagels. stick with grits, oatmeal, sweet pottao na dbrown rice as starchy carbs. add in lots of broccoli for fiber carbs with pm meals. cardio seems excessive but you will know when its to much. make sure you stay full and if you begin to get a sunken face or look to drawn add in 4 oz lean meat twice a day. look at contest winners. judges are going for size over being ripped so if you com ein about 4-5% full and big you'll do well. go to www.biceps.cc to see what the folks winning look like. i came in big and ripped but over dieted and took 2nd and was beaten by a bigger smoother person so watch the cardio. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just curious why you chose corn oil. There are much better choices. Think about Flax seed oil (although it tastes like shit). Buy the refrigerated kind. Even safflower oil will do more for you than corn if you don't want to spend the money for flax. Just make sure it is cold pressed.
