happened to me last week. keep on through it. i stopped my cycle, it passes. massage it and get some hot compresses on it. take a pain reliever. probably just moved around too much or injected too fast. IP: Logged |

The pain is normal, but if you can't walk i'd look into it a bit more. After you inject massage the area for 15 mins, it helps alot. IP: Logged |

you didnt say which test, also T200 always kills my ass and I found that advil and dyphenhydramine hci (bennadryll) together works like magic to stop the pain. IP: Logged |

The same thing happened to me the first time I did omans. My pain went away after about 2 days. Like someone else said inject slow and massage it for awile. That helped me on my last shot I just did. IP: Logged |

I manage to avoid pain from test injections by walking or riding a stationary bike immediately after the injection. Basically it's pull out the needle, massage the injection site a bit with an alcohol wipe, pull up my pants, and get moving. The few times I've gotten soreness was when I just sat around after the injection. The juice will disperse much better if you get the muscle moving. IP: Logged |
