according to that site it says high outer, but i spoke with my doctor the other day and he said in the center, i take his word for it!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

In the outside, about a little over a third of the way down. NEVER inject in the front side, too many nerves and blood vessels. When I hear a lot of guys on this board say how much the sus shots hurt, I wonder if they are not going far enough to the outside. ------------ Bossman IP: Logged |
