CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME IF THEY TOO HAVE PROBLEMS SLEEPING AND IF SO WHAT THEY TAKE. I'VE TRIED BAIN AND GHB BUT DONT WANT TO TURN INTO A JUNKIE. ANY NATURAL REMEDIES FOR SLEEP. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. -MEAT- IP: Logged |

I always respond to this topic, because it really hits home. I am a huge insomniac. E2 hooked me up with a link a while ago. It was for l-tryptophan. Very cheap and effective. I don't take it all the time, just when I start to get really sleep deprived. I wish i still had it. It was the Bios corporation. How bout when on a cycle! It is the worst then. I haven't slept in 5 months bro, i wake up 2 3 times a night, seeing as I feel ok, I just said fuck it, and I deal with it, it sucks I know, but I am on so much shit right now I am afraid to take an advil at this point. As afr as what to try, i read a post a while ago that mentioned zmass, or something like that and melatonan and I believe valerian root. Hope that helps ya ------------------ IP: Logged |

if you cycle, watch the ambien, it is a good sleep aid, but can cause depression, and weight gain. try chamomile tea, it is all natural, no caffine, and should help you sleep. good luck IP: Logged |

I use Sleepmax PM. It has melatonin in it. One pill, half an hour, and I'm out like a light. Good because it does not make you feel grogy the next day. I got it at Phar Mor if you have those where you live. Pretty cheap too. ------------------ IP: Logged |

There is only one thing you need if you want sleep, melatonin. Buy some cheap at GNC but only take it if you need it. I'm hooked on the stuff and its difficult to sleep without it. IP: Logged |

if you have stimulants in your system that could be your problem as it was mine.once i got that shit out(still drink large amount of black ice coffee though)i was much better things like ripped force,ripped fuel will kill sleep.the shit stays in in your system even if your not buzzin' on it its still there. I weigh 240+ and i take 2 sublingual melatonin 1 tabs under the tongue from GNC and out in 30 to 40 minutes.no rest = disaster.best bang for the 5$.goodluck let us know. IP: Logged |

I have the same problem (can't sleep through the night), and it's making me fucking crazy. I bought melatonin, didnt work, I started on two, and went up to 6 at once, never seemed to help. So now, I bought some verve, hopefully will get it this week.. I dont care.. anything that will work. It's not even a bb issue anymore, I just cant sleep and I dont function that well anymore. I should go see a doc, what do tell the doc to get him/her to hook me up with something that will work.. What is the best shit he could give me if I had a choice? Going insane IP: Logged |

I rarely sleep for more than 5 hours a night but i seem to function very well duing the day . The reason that I may be lacking sleep may be because in the summer my test levels are higher then normal and i can feel it because I'm more aggressive during the summer . But I found this stack worked for me in getting a deep nights sleep and even though I sleep for 5 hours i feel like i have slept for 8 or 9. my stack is this 5 capsules of valerian root, 6 capsules of kava kava, 3 capsules of tylenol pm and 5 capsules of z-mass works wonders for me . I feel so good and full of energy when i wake up in the morning followin this stack.. IP: Logged |

well since i now work at gnc and push useless products all day long I am not about to tell one of the bros on here to try the shit we sell. F it all man. The only thing that is safe to use and will help you get sleep is either a joint or weed out of a vaporizer. No bongs those are horrible when it comes to health. Just take a couple hits and your down for the count. It is natural as it gets! Just dont smoke to much and you will feel fine in the morning, no lazyness or anything. IP: Logged |

THX FOR ALL THE SUGGESTIONS. I'VE TRIED MOST AND THEY HAVEN'T WORKED. THE ONLY THINGS THAT WORK FOR ME ARE MORE DRUGS. ITS NOT EVEN ABOUT BB ANYMORE SINCE I'VE BEEN OFF FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. TOOK A COUPLE HITS OF A JOINT LAST NIGHT AND SLEPT 10 GOOD HOURS WITHOUT WAKING UP ONCE. IF THATS WHAT IT TAKES I'M GONNA DO IT.
