![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey fellas After trying and trying and trying to lose that "LAST BIT" I decided to hit the DNP as a LAST RESORT to shed it. I am currently 200LB, not sure of BF but I wanna take around 1.5-2inches of my waist. I started my cycle on Saturday (15th July) afternoon downing one 200mg cap. This is where I nearly shit myself.......you see I downed the cap and around 8 odd minutes later my throat started to swell up and I thought......OHHHH SHIT..........and I had to breathe harder..........luckily it subsided and my throat went down after around an hour is. I then thought why the fuck did that happen.........so I went back to my bag of tabs and noticed that there was DNP on the outside of the caps.......ie some of the powder had come out .......I knew this before hand but didnt think it would be a problem. Today I made sure that my second 200mg cap was clean fro the outside and presto.....my throat was ok........so I know that it did cause a reaction in throat. Anyway...i intend to do the cycle for 7 days at 400mg per day........Saturday i took 200mg and today (Sunday) I have taken 400mg.......today I have been WARM.....and slightly sweaty throughout the day.......... Also I am taking the followng 1000mg ALA / day Glycerine 3 times a day.....however the glycerine Im going to be taking from tomorrow. Woke up today, not sweating though,.......did the bike at high intensity for 30mins........sweated more than usual..............ate breakfast.....and then it all changed. Starting sweating for around 5 hours non stop.......went to the gym at around 3pm.......couldnt get through my usual routine for some reason,.....and finished with the bike for around another 20 mins. Been sweating ever since........ Last night I did not slepp at ALL.....was awake the whole nite......king of stange because i was tired..i just couldnt drift off toe sleep.......had the fan on over nite a I was hot.
