Hey people. I am a NPC competitor from Florida. I have done 10 competitions in my career with no pay!! I am not competing this year as I took some time after my last show to correct my lower spine (long overdue)I am now training 100% again, finally, and I will shoot for next summer. I am still 10lbs under my past off season weight of 232lbs. I am 5'6" and compete as a lightheavyweight. I tried the Jr USA in "98" and got my ass kicked. I tried the ketogenic diet instead of the diet which took me years to finally master. I look back and think about how stupid that was, but everyone was raving about how much better it was and I thought it would have given me the edge I needed to go to the next level. I am reading all the discussions to get a feel for what is politically correct and what is tabou. I noticed that almost all users claim to be pro bodybuilders. It is hard for me to believe there are so few amateurs and so many pros here, since in the real world there are so many more amateurs in comparison to pros. I know that some of you really are pros, but are all of you telling the truth? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Welcome to the board. What part of Florida are you in? Don't worry about the titles on the left, they don't really mean very much, just that we have 100 posts or more. You'll know who the real pros are after a while. There are a lot of great bros on the board. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the welcome everyone! It's amazing how many responses I got to this post, but nobody wants to talk about my post on IGF-1. Has it become inacessible to the general public? Or is it a subject that nobody is familiar with? I only had the oportunity to take it once, and it was the best cycle I ever did. Of course I was using insulin and high dosages of test, but it was extremely different than your run of the mill heavy cycle. ------------------ IP: Logged |
