Im taking Deca alone right now at 400MG A week and am still taking Creatine that I started from the taper off of my last cycle 8 weeks ago. I have gained some size and fullness, but I think the Creatine is making me retain water. Should I just stop taking the Creatine entirely? Right now I take it to increase the intensity of my workouts and for endurance. Would I look tighter without the Creatine or what? Thanks Boys

I don't think taking creatine while on Deca is a bad idea. Personally, I'm saving the creatine until I'm done with my cycle and then using it until I start up my next one. If water retention is your main concern, up your water intake and watch your sodium intake. You can also pick up some dandelion root pills from a health store. Those seem to really knock out the water retention.

In my experience with creatine that's all it does is make me hold water but I guess everyones different. Maybe stop it now and use it or glutamine after your cycle. Or the best thing to would be to take out the creatine and add dbol and some test.

...I dont think it is a bad (harmful) idea .. it may make you retain alot of water though.... I personally like to go off creatine totally when i start a cycle so i have something to get on once i get off... .ive been able to use the creatine effectively as a brige this way...

I agree with Vlad....use your creatine as you come off with L-Glutamine in high doses. Makes you keep you intensity and strength up while off the gear. If you massing up add in a little insulin to the game between cycles.
