![]() ![]() ![]() OK.....honestly you're probably not going to see a whole lot of size with deca. Your body composition will probably change (i.e. some fat to muscle).....the winstrol will be good to use with it. Like q said you could add some dbol or even a mid-low dose test for 6-8 weeks, and run the deca at 300mg/wk for 8 weeks, and then introduce the winny at 1-2 ml eod for weeks 6-10......OR you could just attack it the way you have planned, it's not that bad really. Just remember everyone responds differently and IMO it's better to take your time and put on consistent, slower MORE PERMANENT gains. Good luck.... D IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Bro, go with the good ole Deca/Sust/Dbol cycle. I'm getting crazy gains from it. 30lbs in 4 weeks. I'm doing 300mg Deca, 500mg sust, and 30mg dbol...tapering the sust and dbol. If you wanna do it, do it right. Just my opinion. Kain IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() PNorth, you're making it too complicated bud. Q and Kain both made good suggestions.....decide what kind of "gains" you want and then go from there. Personally I love deca....I use 400-600mg/wk.....I think EQ sucks. Like the other bros said add some test and or dbol in there for a few weeks and then use the winny at the end(last4-6 weeks).....I think that will give you what you're looking for.....later D IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I would go with 2mg per pound of bodyweight per week rounded up. I would also stack it with dbol 25mg per day and some kind of test. I had great results with 300mg of Decca and 200mg of testosterone propionate per week. Also with decca's half life at 18 days, it's very important that you do at the very least a 10 week cycle to see any real results, and keep your protein intake at 1 gram per pound of bodyweight per day.
