I'm a grateful newbie, learning a lot from this board, but was wondering if any members ever popped for a personal consultation with George Spellwin, by phone or in person, as offered in the EF Newsletter. i think you should get one,you will get the best programs and advice and all the best info.it may seem expensive but its worth it plus you get acess to all the pay sites. IP: Logged |

I've done it (or actually in the middle of doing it), and I believe it is worth it. His tips on changing my weight training routine was right on target... I could not believe how pumped I was after following his recommendations for that first workout. IP: Logged |

i did it in 98', i am not sure how much it is now, but it was $300 then. gave me alot of really good advise, and basically gave me a strong knowledge of steroids, how they work, which ones work the best, etc. even went to the main office, just when mass quantities was just getting started, the andro used to come in prescription type bottles. and the tribulus bottles had these cheesy tigars on them. mq has come a long way. but anyhow i would do it if i were you, it is definately worth it.
