Have you been to the www.proteinfactory.com ? There you can make up your own weight gainers w/ whatever you want in it. Just tell em and they'll mix it up for you. Or you can just order the straight stuff. You can get lots of glutamine from rice protein concentrate or you can get it from glutamine peptides (very bioabailable). Check out that site. I guess I can share my little secret with you gentlemen. My workout partner on ocassion pops for phone consultations with Charles Poloquin (sp)? Anyway, forgive my spelling, he recommended to him 500 grams of Glutamine which Poloquin has had tested for purity.
