Normally I will give myself Sat & Sun off. When I am on a cycle 6 days a week. I just feel like I'm wasting it if I don't work out that extra day.

I listen to my body. Mostly I workout 3days on one off two on one off. This gives me breaks to help me recover. I also train twice a day...

Sunday through Friday, with Saturdays off.

Sun (arms), Mon (legs, traps, calves), Tues (shoulders), Wed (back, a little bi's), Thurs (chest), Fri (traps, calves, abs). Works well for me, but to each, his own.

2nd day bis & tris
3rd day back & shoulders
4th day legs & abs
5th day rest

when on gear, i used to trained so thursday was my only day off(6-on 1-off). sometimes twice a day. i found that i was overtraining and was always extra tired, which made me more irritable. now i shoot for 4 days on, 1 off. wrkout1=chest/back
wrkout2=arms
wrkout3=delts/traps
wrkout4=legs/abs

5-6 days per week depending on how I feel. I use a 3 day split and work out my entire body 3 times per week.
1)Chest, bi's, tri's
2)Shoulders, Traps, Back
3)Legs

I change it about every 8-10 weeks.

I have gotten amazing results with the following split that alternates every week by bumping certain parts. For example, if i do back monday, and chest tuesday, i might do chest the following monday and back tuesday.
Monday-back and traps
Tuesday-chest
wednesday-biceps, triceps, forearms
thursday-shoulders
friday-legs
sat and sunday off.
Each workout is only an hour to an hour and a half tops. I dont talk to the cologne wearing yappers and whatnot to save valuable time

Tues - back and bi's
Wed - Chest, tri's, and abs.
Thur - shoulders
Fri - off
Sat - Legs and abs
Sun - off.

My schedule sometimes gets mixed up with school and work but I always go 4x a week.

I work out 4 to 5 days a week and just take days off when I am too sore or tired to get a good work out.

it all depends on how my body feels sometimes i take a day off mid week sometimes i dont ..usually take off 1 day over the weekend
