For example, if i do back monday, and chest tuesday, i might do chest the following monday and back tuesday. Monday-back and traps Tuesday-chest wednesday-biceps, triceps, forearms thursday-shoulders friday-legs sat and sunday off. Each workout is only an hour to an hour and a half tops.
