![]() ![]() ![]() Why not do mid-low doses of both? My first cycle was 200mg/wk of deca and test and added 15lbs. AHHH, for those "first-cycle gains" again!! hehehe. Seriously I would think you could do mid-low doses and be just fine....maybe stay on the deca for a week or two after the test(8 weeks test, 10 weeks deca). As far as blowing up, just watch sodium intake, drink water, and add some cardio here and there. Hope this helps. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() you are going to keep your deca gains longer than you will your sust gains, but if you take 400mg deca 250mg sust per week for six weeks, then drop to 200mg deca and 200mg primo for the last six weeks, you'll be cutting up and adding some good size. You won't get to bloated from the sust, it's better in my opinion that a lot of other tests out there...just watch your diet and drink at least a gallon of water per day and you'll be fine , good luck ![]() IP: Logged |
