![]() ![]() ![]() Ok guy's this is my first post so be gentle with me. For the last year I have been experimenting with steroids and reading every damn article and book I could find on the topic. One advertisement I read recently in an issue of "PUMP" magazine really got me thinking. The advertisement was for some new pro hormone, but the interesting part was what it had to say about steroids. According to the advert it said that only 1 in 1000 bodybuilders understand how steroids really work. More to point it said that only 1/100th of the steroid you inject actual makes it to your receptor sites. Therefore if you inject say 250 mg of Sust, only 2.5 mg has any effect. That is not a hell of a lot considering the male body produces naturaly on average 7 mg of testosterone per day. Well from my own experiments with steroids I have found that I get my best results in the first 4 weeks of my cycle, after that my gains stop. The maximum Sust I have taken so far is 750 mg per week so if the advertisement is correct that means that only 7.5 mg of the test is having any effect. What I believe happens after 4 weeks is not so much of a receptor shut down, but that the body reacts by lowering it's own natural levels of testosterone to balance things out. Therefore to get more gains after 4 weeks you need to take more and more steroids to maintain the effect, or as is often suggested take a few shots of HCG to bring your own testosterone back up again. What I am basically trying to say is that you should take the maximum dose in your first 4 weeks when your natural testosterone is at it's greatest. If you are not using HCG then for men anyway cycles should be short 6 to 8 weeks max. Taking increasing amounts of steroids after 4 weeks, I think is a waste and will only increase the time that it takes for your natural test to get back to normal after you end the cycle. Theoreticly this would also mean that a woman doesn't need to cycle off steroids as they have little or no testosterone to start off with anyway. This would also explain why women can make incredible gains at first on small amounts of steroids. Conversely this would also explain why some skinny men with very low natural levels of testosterone make huge gains on small amounts of steroids - Have you ever seen pictures of Flex when he first started bodybuilding? skinny or what? yet look at him now. Ok receptor sites do play a part in it as well. If you have a lot of receptor sites and a low natural testosterone level then you are a lucky ******* and will probably grow no matter how little steroids you take. However if you have high natural testosterone levels and not many receptor sites then gains will probably come a lot slower. All is not lost though. I read an article called androgens that said over time and with increasing doses of testosterone your body can actually produce more receptor sites. In my opinion the minimum effective dose is 750 mg of testosterone per week. But for each individual there will also be a maximum effective dose at any given time, above which you will not make any greater gains than with a lesser amount of test. The maximum level must be determined by yourself and I believe it increases with time as your receptor sites increase. This is why a pro bodybuilder will get better gains from taking 2 or 3 grams of test a week than a beginner who's body is not ready for that amount. Well what do you guy's think? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I think it's a shame that when someone makes thier first post, they ask people to be gentle. That means way too much flaming going on around here lately. If you're making your only gains off of sus in the first four weeks, it's mostly water. Sus won't really start working till the third or fourth week. I'd take a look at my diet and training if I were you, maybe you need a few changes. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hi T-BONE Ok I do not really like doing long cycles and have never went over 8 weeks on a cycle. I am not too sure about Sust, maybe it works differently for different people, but it does contain propinate which means that it should start working in the first 2 or 3 days. This is not a flame as I only go by what I read and if you want to read about someone else who believes in this system check out anabolicextreme.com and read the interview with Ian Harrison part 2.
