Sorry, I just noticed your reply about my cycle, so I'll put it up here, since you may not check the dbol thread again...

All together it was 12 weeks.

Week 1-

1500mg sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 2-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 3-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 4-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 5-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 6-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
50mg of dbol (as 2cc of ref) every day

Week 7-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
NO DBOL! I stop it dead here. I have enough androgens in my body from the sust to not have to worry about tapering off the dbol. If I used dbol up until the last sust ester deesterified I would taper, though...

Week 8-

1500mg of sustanon on monday

Week 9-

1500mg of sustanon on monday
100mg on equipoise every day

Week 10-

1000mg of sustanon on monday
100 mg of equipoise every day

Week 11-

750mg of sustanon on monday
100mg of equipoise every day

Week 12-

750mg of sustanon on monday
100mg of equipoise every day (actually not the whole week, I do the eq for 25 days straight, then quit it).

Week 13-

Nothing

Week 14-

100mg of clomid every day

Week 15-

100mg clomid every day

Week 16-

100mg clomid every day

Week 17-

100mg clomid every day

... then I take 50mg of clomid everyday for the next 4 - 6 weeks. Clomid is cheap, and you can never bee too careful!

As for the "sort of" taper of the sustanon, you dont need to, but I go a little high dose and perfer to have it self taper from a little lower.


I went from 210lbs to 275lbs on that cycle, eating 5,500 to 6,500 calories a day (all of them pretty damn healthy). I also lost a considerable amount of bodyfat...

Yeah, I had a LOT of explaining to do! I mostly attributed it to creatine and andro!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

My arms went from 17 1/8 to 18 1/4! The dbol was swelling the shit out of me! I tried to wear a long sleeve shirt or at least long shortsleeved shirt aroung family, but it only helped so much. All the delt shooting had sweeled my delts up like big juicy cantalopes, so there was only so much I could hide.

As for how much I kept, its kind of tough to say. I dieted to lose some fat right after and ended up at around 252 lbs, so Id say I lost mabye 20lbs of the muscle (and water). All in all it was a hell of a cycle.

As far as nutritionally, I used a lot of principles I learned from John Parrillo for nutrition, and a lot of fascial stretching. I was T bar rowing 6 plates for reps at one point and I felt like I wanted to heave them over my shoulder and through the roof! It was the greatest feeling Ive ever had!


In all honesty I didnt expect to keep so much of it, and I was ready to accept that. But with nutrition on point and smart choices I think I did way better than I had hoped.

Nutrition: I had broken up my eating into I think it was 8 or 9 meals a day. My appetite wouldnt stop! I was popping Liver Amino pills all day (for the B vitamin heme benefits) and drinking 60 gramd of whey right before bed in 32 oz of water.
Id wake up a few hours later to piss and have powder in a shaker on the bathroom counter. I put some water from the sink in, shake, and have another 40 grams. Then I had another 40grams in an old supplement container in case I got up again, so I could pour it in the shaker for another go!
Man, Im so pumped up right now just thinking about it!!!

I have it all documented somewhere around here, Im gonna have to look for it!

sour jerk: all I really do are power movements. I rarely mess with cables or shaping movements, and go heavy all the time.
As for the EQ, it didnt add mass (Ive never found it to be a great mass builder anyway), but it hardened me up and filled me out real nicely. I cut the dbol short because of some liver issues I was concerned with (that ended up being ok) and I WAS gonna throw in halo (but cant find any).

aky: As for the EQ everyday, I perfer it, but Ive never done it any other way. I guess it depends on if you can take the everyday injections. As for dbol. You shouldnt need to taper if youll be using the test for that long after. You could even use the dbol longer if you want to! But if you want to taper, thats not bad (you could still go longer before the taper).

Bro, I cant even begin to explain it! It was like when a basketball player says he was in the "zone". I felt like every aspect of my life was just coming together perfect, I was eating, breathing, and living bodybuilding.
I dont even know how to put it into words...
I was in bed around 10 pm, and up at 5:30 am for work. At work I manage to snag 2 half hour naps to get me through the day.

In all honesty, I was doing NOTHING BUT BODYBUILDING!
My day was like this...
Up at 5:30 am, go to work come home and shower, hit the gym around 5:00 pm. Leave the gym around 7:00pm (thats with about 30 minutes of cardio), get home eat shower and make food for the next day. Lay in bed about 9:30pm and watch TV till I fall asleep.

That was about 6 days a week. On sunday I would literally spend all day doing laundry and cooking prepreparable foods (like rice, bulk chicken, some lean beef patties...) and making up a few prepackaged lunches for work. I never had enough containers, since I was taking around 5 or 6 little lunches with me!
I was traing 5-6 days a week.
day1- chest and front delts
day2- back and rear delts
day3- side delts and traps
day4- bi's tri's and forearms
day5- quads hams and lower back
day6- powerlifting and olympic movements
day7- off
occaisionally I would take an extra day off in the middle (making it 5 days a week) and skip the power day).
Well, thats what it looked like! I wish I could recreate the feeling I had at that point, it was like nothing Ive ever experianced...
