I did a bicep exercise yesterday that made my stretch marks glow like stop lights so I just had to share it with you guys.

Equipment:

*Preacher curl bench
*Two curl bar cable attachments
*foot and a half long piece of cable w/hooks for bar attachment.
*Two People

Now...one guy is going to sit on the preacher curl like he is about to perform curls. Hold onto one of the cable curlbar attachements with arms in curling position on the pad. The other guy is going to sit on the floor facing you and hold the other bar in a seated row position. It's the guys job on the preacher curl to start curling while the other guy resists in rowing fashion. Each eccentric and concentric action should take about 5 seconds. This will be the last bicep exercise you do and it will be an all out effort. If you ain't screamin you need to curl harder. You should only be able to get about 5 reps. Then switch.

Note: guy on the floor can row more than you can curl so you control how fast the guy is curling. Don't pull so hard he can't curl it but make sure it takes him at least 5 seconds to curl it and it is an all out effort.
