![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() not personally, however the incrased thermogenesis produced by the xanadrine (increase in body temp) could cause you to sweat more & thus lose more water, so you could be slightly dehydrated...you should be drinking at least a gallon of H2O a day anyway.....do that & you should have no probs... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Actually, now that you mention it I just started Xenadrine this week and did notice what I thought might be some kidney pain (mild). I don't think I was dehydrated though as I drink lots of water and piss about every 30 min. Also, I've taken it before and didn't notice anything. If the pain persists, maybe add in some cranberry juice. IP: Logged |
