![]() ![]() ![]() I hope this isn't a silly question but... How can you tell how much of your mass is water retention compared to lean muscle. As I know it the more water you drink the more the retention is supposed to stay down. I have gained some good looking size but am drinking a couple of litres of water a day. Once I stop the water will go and my size will come down, if you can tell how much water retention you have will that tell you how much weight you are likely to lose?? Cheers. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Go have your bodyfat measured pre-cycle, then again every couple of weeks, during the cycle. By knowing what % is bodyfat you will know what % is lean muscle gain. Not a perfect answer but I hope it helps. IP: Logged |
