Does anyone else get so sore they can hardly walk? My body is sore from my traps down to my calves. I just recently started deadlifting, and worked my way up to 375lbs. Thats not alot to you all im sure but I haven't started my first cycle yet, still waiting on my test. I actually had to lay out of work today and im running a fever a little over 99. I don't feel sick at all, is it possible the fever is due to the overwhelming muslce soreness?

I only do stiff legged deadlifts now, but if I don't do them for a week or two, then do them really heavy, I have a hard time sitting down the next couple of days.

This is horrible, it almost makes me feel like puking because im so sore. Never been this sore before. Im popping aspirin like candy.

Sorry man...it happens sometimes though. You may be sick and then the exercising took a greater toll on your body because of it. Don't worry, it will get better and next time it won't hurt nearly as bad.

Spunky-I don't know about the fever but...the DOMS following Deads, Oh Yeah! (I like the pain).

Yeah they hurt like hell! Deads are the best overall mass builder IMO than any other exercise. Yes even better than squats. Keep doing them every other week and you will grow and get stronger on all your lifts. BTW, I dead with six plates a side so I do know whereof I speak!
