What supplements are great for during the cycle? What are good supplements following a cycle? I'm about to do a 12 week primo cycle and I'm just wondering what sups need to be in and what sups need to be out. My favorite sups now are Creatine, Glutamine, ZMA, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, and the occasional Melatonin pill for a better nights rest. IP: Logged |

I was bored and just wanted to say that HMB is by far the most overhyped piece of garbage supplement ever! It had about as much of an affect on me as a jaw breaker. I can't believe some people swear by the stuff. Supplements like HMB are an absolute joke. It should be illegal to sell something that doesn't work. ------------------ - Kwai-Chang Caine IP: Logged |

It is up to you. I would save the creatine for when your not on juice though. Multi vitamin and C's are good. I have heard allot of good things about glutamine. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Bro I took Milk Thistle, Evening Primerose Oil, Multi-vit, C and B-12 on a daily basis when I was on my cycle. I also loaded up the Glutamine in my protein shakes (figured it couldn't hurt). After my cycle I kept everything the same for a few weeks but added creatine and ECA/clen. Well that's about it. Hope this helps, Green IP: Logged |

Weight gainers, milk thistle, multi-vitamins, Vitamin E and C, Calcium, 10g creatine, and BCAAs (hey, I still like them), oh yeah, and fiber - I use psylium husk IP: Logged |

Milk thistle is for your liver to help it function properly under strain, I don't use any supplements. I drink 2 protein drinks a day, but I consider that food. I just rather spend my money on gear. IP: Logged |
