what type of split should you have for getting protein from real foods and supplement shakes? i need about 350-400 grams per day.

It really doesn't matter. In order to get that much protein a day you would have to eat a sh!t load of natural foods. Just eat like a wild man and get plenty of protein from shakes. But you can't beat tuna fish for a natural food source with lots of protein.

Whatever it is, shovel it in! I'm not on anything right now(AS), but I still get about 350 grms of protein a day. I have about 4 solid meals a day, a bar, and about 2 or so shakes.

Get 50% from real food and the remainder from MRPs. Chicken is an even better source than tuna. A cooked Chicken breast, not a both halves just 1 side, contains 25g of protein.
