I 've heard you say to a bro doing a primo only cycle that creatine and glutammine are a must durnig the cycle. Why is it exactly like that? And what dosage of the two supplements do you raccomand for an avarage body weight?. I 'm on a primo only cycle and i' m cutting up, looking for definition i was afraid of taking theese supplements because of water retention. What do you think? IP: Logged |

Creatine will allow for slight water retention, but it is nothing worth mentioning and it disappears as soon as you discontinue creatine. Use creatine as directed and you will do fine. Cycle it for 6-8 weeks at a time. Glutamine is an amino acid and research demonstrates that following a rigorous workout it may take up to six days for Glutamine levels to return to normal without supplementation. Without adequate levels of Glutamine, it is impossible for protein synthesis to occur. Glutamine also increases cell volumization immediately, which makes muscle cells appear larger, get a better pump and assist in protein synthesis .In fact, Glutamine helps muscle cells to utilize both protein and carbohydrates. Glutamine also acts as a powerful ammonia scavenger. Ammonia is a highly toxic substance to muscle cells. Finally, Glutamine increases the body's ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Research demonstrates that the muscles can benefit from a minimum of 2-5 additional grams of Glutamine daily. There are no negative side effects to Glutamine use. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |
